The Bar Bar was conceived in 1993 by a group of intrepid venture capitalists---no, just kidding. Actually it was some knucklehead bartenders who had the audacity to think they knew what they were doing.

Our objective was to offer a space that was inviting and unpretentious where you could enjoy your favorite beverage, perhaps play a board game, foosball, shoot some pool, or maybe check out the dance floor. And that’s what you’ll find at the Bar Bar today. Oh, and the games are all free. The only things you pay for are drinks and cigarettes.

We offer a superior selection of beers and spirits, all priced very reasonably. As to our drink quality, it can best be summed up with the words of an old friend:
